Compassionate, Collaborative Support
For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of providing counseling support to children, teens and adults. I am dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for us to work together. I take a whole-person approach to therapy, using an integrative style that draws from a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as person-centered and solution-focused strategies. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you — building practical tools, exploring new perspectives, and supporting your personal growth. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find balance and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

More about me:
Originally from the Midwest, I’ve called the beautiful Pacific Northwest home for many years now. My journey into the helping professions began at St. Ambrose University, where I earned degrees in Occupational Therapy and Psychology. In 2004, I completed my Master’s in School Counseling—and I’ve been walking alongside individuals and families ever since.
I’m married and a proud mom to two amazing young adult daughters. After many years of experience, I still feel incredibly fortunate to do the work I love every day. Supporting people through life’s challenges, transitions, and growth is not just my profession—it’s my passion.
Currently, I work with teens (16+) and adults, helping them navigate everything from anxiety and life transitions to identity exploration and personal growth. Whether you're facing a tough season or simply seeking clarity and support, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and compassion.
